Original builder-grade, this home was ready for a fresh start. The heart of this home, this space has good bones. Open to the family room, generous eat-in area, lots of light, and walk out to the deck. The homeowner, Mary, just finished raising her beautiful daughters, and they were now settled and on their own. Her reward was a completely updated and custom kitchen to entertain and enjoy. We removed pantry closet, bulkheads opening up the footprint for a large island. Relocating all the appliances provided the perfect working kitchen, and the island became a wonderful showstopper.
New composite flooring, customized cabinetry, quartz countertops, all new appliances, and flooring throughout the area created the great room feel Mary wanted. We added a wine bar for quick refreshments and plenty of storage. All new electrical circuits were pulled with an update to their existing service panel included.
